A clear picture of your equity
Home equity loans and lines of credit (HELOCs) are often used for remodels, debt consolidation, education or investments. The amount you can borrow depends directly on your home’s market value, so a well-supported appraisal can make a real difference.
What we evaluate
- Recent comparable sales in your specific neighborhood
- Condition, quality and recent updates or additions
- Finished basements, accessory apartments and outbuildings
- Lot size, views and site characteristics

Frequently asked questions
How is a HELOC appraisal different from a purchase appraisal?
