Dividing a home is often the largest financial decision in a divorce. An independent appraisal provides an objective value that both sides, their attorneys and the court can rely on—helping reduce conflict and keep the process moving.

- Retrospective (past-date) values, such as the date of separation or filing

Frequently asked questions
Can you value the home as of a past date?
Yes. Retrospective appraisals develop an opinion of value as of a specific earlier date using the sales and market conditions that existed at that time.
Do both parties need to be present?
No. We only need access to the property. We will coordinate the inspection respectfully with whoever has access.
